Develop Your Skills to Coach Others School leaders are increasingly aware of the power of coaching and how they can use coaching to build the capacity of others. But sometimes it can seem hard to get coaching right – particularly when the person you are coaching is resistant to your help. This Coaching Conversations Learning Day will help you to draw on your natural coaching style, and then flex your approach to suit different contexts and different people. You will learn some practical frameworks for holding coaching conversations, and have the opportunity to practise and receive feedback on your coaching. A special emphasis for the day will be on developing your skills and confidence to challenge people through your coaching. Please contact Anna Wychrij at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0161 883 2401 ext 1008 for further details
