Workshop session: The golden thread for executive leadership, performance review and development

One of the biggest challenges for a Trust is to effectively deliver on its strategic priorities. While the Executive Leader is the central architect in delivering the strategic plan priorities, much depends on the relationship between the Trustees and the Chair to support the Executive Leader to achieve the plan. In this session, we will consider the importance of the Executive Performance Review (EPR) and the impact an effective review can have on this process.

We will explore current good practice in Performance Reviews and discuss the ways in which this practice can be enabled in an Executive Performance Review.
We will look at practical solutions that can enable this process to be agile, developmental and forward – focused whilst supporting the delivery of a golden thread of expectations that runs through the whole organisation.
