As a CST Platinum Partner, we are looking forward to attending the CST Annual Conference on October 5th & 6th.
As part of this event our founder and CEO, Denise Inwood, will be hosting a workshop in Executive Room 1: ‘Creating a Culture of Belonging – The Future of Professional Development’
This session, presented by BlueSky, will explore the role of professional development in creating a supporting and nurturing culture. It will examine trends in approaches to professional development across the sector and discuss what innovation in this space looks like for trusts.
Supported by trust voices, this session will encourage delegates to consider the art of the possible when developing their CPD offer for teaching and non-teaching staff alike, and provide some practical thoughts on making professional development an integral part of a robust recruitment and retention strategy that will keep
pace with the evolving job market
