We are offering a series of training webinars for existing BlueSky customers to support the end of the appraisal cycle in schools.
These will be helpful to all our clients who are responsible for administrating the system, staff who manage teacher appraisal or are responsible for school improvement and people strategy – whether you are new to BlueSky or simply need a refresher!
Lead by our Customer Success team, each 30-minute webinar will demonstrate relevant tasks for completing the appraisal cycle this term and preparing for the next school year, with an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

In this session, Rachel will demonstrate how to manage the end of this year’s appraisal, development and quality assurance cycle within BlueSky. Learn how to evaluate and complete objectives and build templates for end-of-cycle processes such as an end of year review. Rachel will also show how to add dialogue and comments to support a developmental conversation that can be reviewed during meetings.
