This update is scheduled to go live next week – look out for the email sharing the full update. You can also register for one of our dedicated training webinars to learn how to apply the new functions in your organisation.

What’s new from BlueSky Learning

Schools are rapidly moving away from one-off annual performance reviews towards an approach focused on continuous conversion and professional development throughout the year. In this article for Teach Secondary, we explore how schools can ensure teachers can take ownership of their professional learning and how to evaluate the impact.

How our schools do it: Diverse Academies Trust
“We don’t dictate to the schools what they do, we support them. Our trust’s Strategic Development Team works with the principals and leadership teams in each school to analyse what CPD is happening, whether it’s effective and how we can improve the process for staff. We use the powerful reports in BlueSky to support this and of course to give feedback to the trust leadership.”
In our latest case study, Jamie Tegerdine shares how BlueSky has helped his Teaching, Learning and Professional Development team to build trust in the new appraisal and CPD process, and a shared culture across the organisation.
