We are very pleased to announce a raft of updates to BlueSky Education, designed to make using the platform more intuitive.

We will be taking part in the FOBISIA Annual Leadership ConferenceASCL Annual Conference and Bett and we hope to see you there.

Teacher retention has been a huge challenge for many years, and now more than ever, schools need to keep hold of talented staff. Take a look at our latest blog and download our guide to using BlueSky to support staff retention.

What’s new in BlueSky

With many of you about to begin mid-year reviews, we have made some key changes to our Overview Statements module, which can help Reviewees to define their own self-reflection practice and self-led Performance and Development Reviews.

Overview Statements now support both a Reviewer and Reviewee-led approach. The custom templates now feature guidance text to help provide context to your meetings and help streamline your process. Read more about this approach here.

Further platform updates have recently been rolled out to make BlueSky easier to use, and to allow you to customise the language and settings to your school context.

Key updates include:

      • New Objectives Timeline view
      • Fully customisable Terminology bank
      • New Totals report for schools and Trusts

To help you get the most out of these new features and updates, we will be holding a series of training webinars over the coming weeks.

Watch this space for more details – dates to be announced in the next few weeks.
