Why the change?

In June 2024 BlueSky Education became part of The National College, aiming to seamlessly integrate the world’s largest professional development library with our market-leading people development solutions. This will make it easier for school leaders to implement a developmental approach to appraisal that is intrinsically supportive without adding to workload, in line with the latest Teacher Appraisal Guidance from the Department of Education.

Yes, your existing membership of BlueSky Education will stay the same, except the name is changing to People Development membership with The National College.

Yes. Everything your recorded in the BlueSky Education platform will be transferred over.

You can use your existing BlueSky Education username and password, or if you have an existing membership of The National College CPD membership, you can login with those credentials and your accounts will be linked.

No, this will not cost your school extra unless you choose to upgrade your membership.
