With the final half-term upon us, now is the time for senior leaders to ensure that new policies and systems are in place in time for the next academic year.

As well as preparing for curriculum changes, many schools and colleges take advantage of the final term to get one step ahead on their performance management strategy. At BlueSky we initiate new clients onto our performance management solution throughout the year; however, the summer term always proves a popular time for senior leaders looking to upgrade their current system before the start of the new academic year.

Whilst BlueSky is incredibly quick to set-up, many of our clients choose to develop their usage over time. A popular scenario is to begin using BlueSky for performance management, then progress to using it to rigorously track CPD requirements, to evaluate training, for mid-year reviews, for lesson observations and formal evaluation. This is one of many scenarios and we pride ourselves on tailoring the approach to the needs of our clients.

Strategic decision-making is top of the bill for our SLT community which is why we have made it easy for you to aggregate large sets of data and pull off real-time reports providing a top down or bottom up view of your school or network. You can also drill down into granular data to gain a clear picture of the current state of play at any time.
