Professional Objectives
Use Blue to record professional objectives and CPD in a manner that meets the new performance management regulations, enable all staff to participate. Individuals can also use Blue to build their own confidential records encouraging them to build a professional career development record.

Needs Analysis
Individuals can create an overview of their performance against standards, these can be drawn together for Teams, Organisations and even LAs. Training needs can be specifically identified. Because this is a live tool the data is constantly up to date. Training solutions and support materials can be added to the Tool to support those with identified needs. Use the Needs Analysis data to export and use in any way you wish.
